OUR POLICY​

Reschedule/Cancellation
If you must reschedule or cancel your massage appointment, we REQUIRE a 24 hour notice. For appointments rescheduled/cancelled after the 24 hours, there will be a $45.00 charge.

No Show
No show without communication within the duration of your service, there will be a charge of 50% of your service.

​

Late 
Due to the high volume of services that we provide, we will only accommodate the time remaining if you choose to proceed with your service. Clients will be responsible for the full service charge.

​​If ever we aren’t able to accommodate your service, you will receive a $45.00 voucher on our behalf.
